These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pelli Pandiri ("పెళ్లి పందిరి", "we", "us", "our") matrimony service, operated by [BUSINESS / TRADING NAME] ([GSTIN / REGISTRATION NO., if any]), delivered primarily over WhatsApp and described on this website. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Pelli Pandiri is a community matrimony introduction service. We share horoscope- and preference-matched profiles and, on request, the contact details of a chosen profile. We are an introduction platform only: we do not arrange, solemnise, or guarantee any marriage, engagement, or relationship.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally competent to contract.
  • Profiles must be of persons of legal marriageable age submitted with their knowledge and consent, or by a parent/guardian acting on their behalf.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

3. Registration & consent

Registration is done by messaging our WhatsApp number. Your WhatsApp phone number identifies your account. By sending "YES"/consent you agree to receive matrimony messages from us; you can stop anytime by sending STOP. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees & payment

  • Receiving daily matched profiles is free. A limited number of contact-number reveals are free; further reveals are chargeable at the price shown on our Pricing page (currently ₹500 per number, or discounted packs).
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is collected via the payment methods offered at the time (e.g. UPI). A contact number is delivered only after the corresponding payment is confirmed.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Verify independently. You must independently verify the identity, background, character, marital status, horoscope and intentions of any person before proceeding. We do not conduct background or criminal-record checks.
  • Provide truthful information and do not impersonate anyone.
  • Use contact details only for genuine matrimonial purposes — never for marketing, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not resell, republish, or scrape our profiles or data.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to post obscene, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content; solicit money from other users; or engage in any activity that harms other users or us. We may suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms, without refund where the violation is established.

7. No guarantee

Matches are generated using astrological and preference criteria and are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that any match will result in contact, compatibility, engagement, or marriage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the conduct of any user or third party.

9. Intellectual property

The Pelli Pandiri name, brand, website, and content are owned by [BUSINESS / TRADING NAME] and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
