  • Contact: your WhatsApp phone number (your account identifier).
  • Profile / bio-data: details you submit about the candidate — name, age, date & time of birth, gotra, nakshatra, sub-caste, education, occupation, income, family details, native place, and photographs.
  • Preferences: your partner preferences (sub-caste, location, age, etc.).
  • Usage: messages exchanged with our WhatsApp service, profiles shared to you, numbers revealed, and payment records (amount, date, transaction reference). We do not store your card or bank credentials.

2. How we use it

  • To create the candidate's profile and find horoscope- and preference-matched profiles.
  • To deliver daily matches and, on request, reveal a chosen profile's contact number.
  • To process payments and provide support.
  • To keep the service safe (e.g. detecting fake or AI-generated photos, preventing abuse).

3. Consent

We process your data based on the consent you give when you register (by sending "YES"/agreement on WhatsApp). You may withdraw consent at any time by sending STOP, after which we stop sending you matches.

4. Sharing

  • A candidate's contact number is shared with another user only when that user chooses to reveal it (using a free credit or a paid reveal) — never automatically.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, WhatsApp/messaging, payment processing) who handle data only to provide the service to us.
  • We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

5. Profile visibility

By submitting a candidate's profile, you agree it may be shown (photo and details, but not the phone number) to other users of the service as a potential match. You confirm you have the candidate's consent to do so.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. On a deletion request we remove your profile from active matching and delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must retain by law (e.g. payment/tax records).

7. Your rights

  • Access or correct your data — message us on WhatsApp.
  • Withdraw consent / unsubscribe — send STOP.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.

9. Children

The service is for adults arranging marriages of persons of legal marriageable age. It is not intended for anyone under 18 to use on their own behalf.
