Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid services on Pelli Pandiri, operated by [BUSINESS / TRADING NAME]. Please read it with our Terms & Conditions.

1. What you pay for

Our paid service is the reveal of a contact number for a profile you choose (individually at ₹500, or as a discounted pack of reveal credits). A reveal is a digital item delivered instantly on WhatsApp once your payment is confirmed.

2. General policy

Because a contact number is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", a completed reveal is generally non-refundable. We charge only for the numbers you choose to unlock; daily profiles are free and cost you nothing.

3. When we DO refund

We stand behind the quality of our data. You are eligible for a refund (as a free reveal credit, or a money refund to the original payment method where a credit is not suitable) in these cases:

  • Fake / non-working number: a revealed number is invalid, disconnected, or clearly belongs to a different person than the profile — report it within [7] days and, after we verify, we refund 1 credit for that reveal.
  • Duplicate / wrong charge: you were charged twice for the same reveal, or charged an incorrect amount, due to a technical error.
  • Paid but not delivered: your payment succeeded but the number was not delivered and we cannot deliver it.

4. What is not refundable

  • A valid number that was delivered, simply because the family declined, did not respond, or the match did not proceed. (We introduce matches; we cannot guarantee an outcome.)
  • Unused free reveals or unused portions of a pack after a reasonable period, unless required by law.
  • Charges arising from your sharing of your account/number with others.

5. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91… (type SUPPORT followed by your issue), or email [SUPPORT EMAIL], with the profile name/date and the reason. In the WhatsApp chat you can also reply 👎 / NO when we ask "did the number work?" to raise a fake-number complaint automatically.

6. Processing time

Verified credit refunds are applied to your account promptly. Verified money refunds are processed to the original payment method within [7–10] business days.

7. Cancellation

You can stop the service anytime by sending STOP on WhatsApp — there is no subscription or recurring charge to cancel. You are only ever charged for a reveal or pack you actively choose to buy.
